Using CrawlPanel
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use the service only for lawful purposes.
You may monitor systems you own or are authorized to test. CrawlPanel is not a port-scanning, credential-spraying, load-testing or security exploitation service.
Monitoring responsibility
You are responsible for target authorization, check configuration, test data and the consequences of automated actions. Browser journeys must avoid destructive operations unless specifically designed and authorized by you.
Monitoring results can contain false positives or negatives. CrawlPanel supplements—not replaces—appropriate operational controls and human judgement.
Plans and billing
Plan limits, intervals, features and retention are enforced according to the effective subscription. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues according to the billing period and subscription status confirmed by the payment provider.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves, with reasonable notice for material reductions where practical.
Suspension
We may restrict or suspend activity that threatens the service, violates target authorization, creates abusive traffic, compromises other customers or breaches these terms.
