How does the 14-day trial work?
Every new organization receives Solo features for 14 days with no card required. Choosing a paid plan starts monthly billing immediately. If you do nothing, the workspace moves to Free automatically at the deadline; nothing is charged or deleted.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can create an account and use the 14-day Solo trial without a credit card. Free remains available after the trial.
Why do browser journeys have separate limits?
Each journey runs inside an isolated real browser, so it consumes more compute than an HTTP request.
What happens when a trial or paid subscription expires?
CrawlPanel safely falls back to Free entitlements. Existing data remains subject to Free retention, while checks outside Free capacity or cadence stop executing until adjusted or upgraded.
Can clients view only their own projects?
Yes. Client Viewer access is explicitly project-scoped, with screenshot approval controlled separately.
